I’ve noticed by default that users are prompted to download one of three GP agents: Win 32-bit, Win 64-bit and Mac 32/64-bit. Are these choices configurable?
I can’t imagine ever needing the 32-bit agent for Windows or Mac. And we rarely have users who connect via Mac so why not just display the one agent.
On that note, if we only display one agent, and we simply have the portal page initiate the download upon connecting? or must there always be a user initiated action to click the download link?
