I’ve tried to use nolag vpn and it didn’t put me in any worse lobbies so i tried to contact them and they haven’t Responded after 2 days and it’s about to be 7 days so I won’t get the money? [email protected] I tried to email and haven’t got a response. Anyone know if there is a different way to contact to get the refund?

sorry to necro this but do you send them multiple emails or just one and wait for them to respond? and how long does it take for them to reply and process the refund request? i accidentally bought it and i’m really worried if they don’t respond
Ya they asked me every day are you sure you want to refund and finally on the last day the gave time the refund
I sent them multiple cuz they kept on asking me if I was sure I wanted a refund and I gave them a random reason and it took probably like 5 days
says their account is under maintenance so i cant refund rn… im kinda panicking

how long did it take for them to refund this is day 3 or having the vpn and day 3 of requesting refund… maybe you could possibly paste what you said so i have an idea on how to demand it harder?
i pretty much threatened legal action and forced them to stay true to their “7 day money back guarantee” thing lol, just be semi serious (don’t go overboard) and they’ll refund your money
heres what i wrote:
"Dear Customer support Team,
I have made a mistake of purchasing the 1 year subscription. According to your 7-day money back guarantee policy, my request should be legitimate and you are legally required to return my money. Please respond ASAP since that amount of money is a lot to me. I will continue to support your company by selecting another subscription. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

maybe write something like this and you’ll get your money back soon, just be sure to do so before day 7 or they’ll never give you your money back
