How do I have the azure VPN client point to a specific DNS?

Hello,

I’m familiar with the sonicwall VPN client which lets you direct the workstation to get DNS from whatever source you want once it is connected to the VPN. I imagine the azure client has that same feature?

You can leverage routes/dns on the vpn vnet, or you set the profile manually
