I need to connect multiple devices to separate live stream for hosting tournament ands keeping and eye on the competitors but when I connect without a VPN the video doesn’t play or I have to verify with a phone number. I attempted around 20 different devices with surfshark and they banned me for nothing. Will PIA do this to me as well?
They have unlimited devices and I have 6 devices running now and no problems there.
I’m pretty sure that Surfshark had their reasons to ban you. It’s unlikely for a company to just randomly ban people for no reason.
That said, I have been using PIA for 7 years and have never had an issue. I currently have 22 devices connected to PIA.
I can’t say whether PIA would ban you or not since Surfshark did it for “no reason”. However, I have never had a problem with PIA.
SurfShark has a disclaimer, so maybe they thought you were doing something “illicit”: Although one of the core premises of Surfshark is an unlimited number of simultaneous connections (except for Antivirus service), some users might exploit it. Their actions might harm the quality of our services and the experience for the rest of our users. Such users can include, but are not limited to, unauthorized resellers, organizers of illicit activities involving a very large number of devices, and others.
Not implying that you did anything wrong to be banned, but maybe try looking at your setup to see if you can lower the amount of devices i.e. add the VPN at router level rather than on each individual device.
I read in one of your messages that you wasted hundreds of dollars with SurfShark which doesn’t match any of their plans, so maybe you were on an enterprise plan? Which would make it even less likely to have been banned for nothing.
Sorry this message may not of been any help to you, but in my opinion PIA has never done anything wrong to me, but I can’t foresee the future if they will ban you or not I can only go on what you have said.
Are you the one calling me to extend my car’s warranty? If you need that many devices behind a VPN then install it on a router.
Well I wasted hundreds of dollars on surfshark than they banned me. I don’t see what’s against there terms but I was doing nothing wrong. Don’t want to make that mistake again.
Yeah I paid for there IP and VPN for 2 or 3 years and I was in like 20 different live streams so maybe sucking up a lot of bandwidth but I just thought that’s what I was paying for because there’s a lot of free options out there but this seemed like an easy way to manage it and it had more locations but i just got banned with no refund and i have no idea what tos i broke or why they would act like i could get unlimited connections than stop me at 20. I could pay for the one month plan on PIA and see what happens 
but I wasted a ton of time setting up surfshark and for this to happen is just annoying. Someone was saying about business VPNs to so I will look into that.

SurfShark does not cost “hundreds of dollars” like you said, and PIA mentions unlimited devices but unlimited does not exist, personally I would find it perfectly fine if they banned you for using 20 devices, luckily for you I don´t work for PIA. People like you slow down the network and 20 devices does not sound like a home user, get a business VPN.
I paid for like a three year subscription whats a business VPN? Didn’t even know that was a thing. Yk you could be friendlier to others and I am a home user and they are all my devices but people shouldn’t be baited with false advertising. They say unlike connection unlimited data like they can and will provide that than they don’t and take your money no refund. That’s just a shady scam and you probably work for them.
