ive already uninstalled the exe it’s looking for. but the cmd file is still getting triggered at every startup. how can i find it and delete it

i had done all of those except the registry step until now, but no luck
You may want to try properly uninstalling the software using their uninstaller, as opposed to directly “Uninstalling the exe”.
Download the installer for Bright VPN and re-install it. Then, perform a proper un-install using its built-in uninstaller to ensure all items are cleaned up.
Past the above link shared about start-up, you’d have to consult the developers of Bright VPN to find out how to manually uninstall.
