Like the title said, i just love how ProtonVPN continuously improve day by day!
Also the fact that it nearly at 10,000 Gbps total capacity is kinda bananas!
I also think some servers had they’re load reduced a lot which is awesome, since there a lot of new server it seems! Like i’m seeing sometimes server load on multiple servers drop to the low 20% :3
Thank you for all the peoples working behind ProtonVPN & all others services too, for continuously improving things ! Y’all rock! ^^
I pay for Mullvad and Proton and Mullvad is sometimes 200-400 Mbps faster. I spend too much time on Proton looking for a server with a lower load and still not getting anything more than 50% of my non-VPN speeds.
No split tunneling on Linux yet which is unfortunate.
STILL waiting for IPV6 support…
It can’t take much longer I think
It’s done. We have actually finished development quite some time ago. The problem is Apple App store review holding it up. We’re discussing with Apple to try to get it approved as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience. -Andy

Where about a are you located region wise? I am able to download and play games simultaneously with no noticeable lag. Sitting around 50ms in game.
One thing is though, if I leave my PC on overnight, I sometimes need to re-autoconnect so it gives me a better server before I start gaming.
In the Austin area. I have ran speed tests with the VPN off and I get 800-900 Mbps. Which is very fast so I’m not expecting that on VPN. But with Proton on I get around 400. About 1 week ago I was getting 12 while connected to a Dallas server (250 miles away) so I located some servers with low load and now get an average of 400. Mullvad gets me 600-800 while connected to Los Angeles (1,400 miles away). I have the settings on both set at the most secure to ensure I was getting an apples to apples comparison.
your competitors, Mullivad, IVPN, and others, are setup so that you just create a normal config file and you get automatic IPV6 support; your method of having to try and modify a generated config file is a convaluted and confusing method, that rarely works properly for me, and others.
Proton has been talking about this for over 2 years now, when is it just going to be implemented normally and without a confusing modification process to make it work??
Native support is coming soon.
