I moved out of the USA. I need to report the move online to cancel my insurance...but you can't access the website from outside the USA

Proton VPN is a free mobile VPN I use it so I can go to the Hub here in NC

Use a remote control software like TeamViewer (quick support) to jump on your mom’s PC and use this to access the webpage.

If you don’t want to pay for a VPN, maybe give it a try.

The Opera browser has a built-in VPN. It’s not great but it’s simply ok for accessing websites in the US.

As an alternative, try remote controlling a family members computer that is in the country.

Tor Browser would work.

If they have a toll free number you can call free on Skype. Until they close up Skype in may. Then I’m not sure how to proceed

I moved to the US a few years back, and I pay for my parents bills back in my home town, the cable company which also provides Internet doesn’t let me access the payment portal from anywhere but my old phone with my old number from my country and pay using cellular data (roaming) …
I can’t even access it using VPN !

Windscribe VPN free tier is pretty good.

ProtonVPN offers a USA server in the free version.

Man, government websites are same everywhere (cant use russian ones with vpn, so had to do some shenanigans with it)

Had the same thing happen to me when I moved from Canada back to the Netherlands. Got a bill from the ISP. Their website blocked me in the Netherlands…

Why don’t you have your mom access the website from the United States and cancel everything. You can be on the phone with her when she does. To answer any security questions.

This is what happens when business is the means behind lawful existence.

That’s incredibly frustrating. Maybe try using a VPN to access the website as if you’re in the USA? It might bypass the restriction.

Always have to square away everything before moving officially.

Just give me your username and password and I can cancel it

Maybe your SSN, birthday and address just in case.

If only there was a solution

Typical American ignorant to what a VPN is
