you could use a pihole -> a rasberrypi that redirects all ad traffic to /dev/null

I use a modified YouTube IPA with iSponsorBlock and AdBlock. And why do you think I can’t modify my DNS settings on iOS?

Fun fact, i have a lot more trouble with ReVanced on my Android device than on my iOS devices.

iPhone is for sure locked down, “freedom” vise, compared to android, but you absolutely can change DNS settings on iPhone to a provider that blocks ads.
