Lots of stuff not working

So I’ve had SurfShark for almost a year, and it’s getting worse and worse to use. Recently, Apple Maps and Apple Music won’t work in the car using CarPlay on latest iOS when connected to the VPN. I can’t check out at Amazon when the VPN is connected on latest MacOS. Half the time FaceBook won’t load when connected (MacOS). These are just the latest annoying things. I’ve had many other issues, on both MacOS and iOS, over the months. It’s getting more and more frustrating to use SurfShark. Is this normal? Because I’m about to ditch it.

Hi, such issues are definitely not normal with Surfshark. To resolve the service accessibility problems on both iOS and MacOS, try changing the connection protocol by going to the Surfshark app → Settings → VPN settings → Protocol. Make sure to try out all of the available options.

Ditching won’t solve the issue. Apple Maps, Apple Music, and Amazon on both MacOS and iOS and using a VPN is an issue other VPN’s experience as well, unfortunately.

Like the mod said, switch protocol(s) to OpenVPN (UDP), for example.

I have the exact same issues and I’m trying to ask for a refund. They refused me because it past the 30 day. It’s a waste of money for real. Speed is slower, all the apps are not working

I get it, What good is security if you can’t use your devices?
