Does Tor not work? It’d be better than a VPN because then they can’t just blacklist IPs
The good VPN services will let you test their connections before paying any money, just e-mail them.
I get from telegram and yes they do give me a free acount to test, it works but after few days the vpns dosent work anymore, depending on what provider i use or what server i choose they tend to go down.
You should avoid 3rd party resellers on telegram. Good VPN services have multiple IPs to cycle through and deploy protocols that make it harder to censor/block the connections.
