Meta IA feature stopped working in Mexico all other basic questions and commands still work. Anyone know how to fix…
Same thing happened to me
Purchased a couple of ray ban meta in the states and were working fine in Mexico until October / September. AI features are not longer available, so I can only take pictures and listen to music, but all the AI features are gone. Even with a VPN. For both models I have.
Try Uninstalling Meta, then reinstall the app, using a VPN connected to the US. I live in Mexico and my glasses and AI work fine. I don’t need the VPN on after the software was installed, they work great!
Do you have data on your phone that you are connected to in Mexico?
Any solutions to this? happened the same thing and on my end, the AI thing in the app is gone completely. Now the glasses don’t even respond to my ‘‘hey meta, take a picture’’ commands u/MetaQuestSupport

As new developments of Meta AI is made, new updates and features are gradually being rolled out to select countries. If some Meta AI features are not available, your country may still be unsupported.
At this time Meta AI has been rolled out in more than a dozen countries outside of the US.

I installed meta view app long time ago before it was available in google play services. From A 3rd party
I live in the border, and everything was fine until yesterday, not available in your region.
And yes its a mexican cellphone line

Living in the border will be tough as your service might flip back and forth between US and Mexico cell service and because you are in a different country/region, some features may not work with data from other counties. I would try a VPN app and try connecting to your normal regional area and see if that works instead.
Mine stopped working too. I was happy because last month I got a notification that Meta AI was available in Mexico, however yesterday I just got the “limited access to Meta AI” message. 
I am going to try that. Because meta AI is available in Mexico but not for Ray Ban Meta’s
