Need help adding a VPN to my Samsung TV or Comcast router

Can anyone help me understand how I would add a VPN to either my Samsung smart TV or the Comcast router where it gets its internet feed? I want to watch the Atlanta Braves games, but I don’t know the best way to do it.

Neither of these are possible

If I’m not mistaken you can’t install VPN on just any router.

Presuming you know which VPN provider will give access to the games, Install their client VPN on your PC and feed the signal via HDMI to the TV. No VPN on TV or router. With the proper connectivity you may be able to cast the signal to your TV. A word to the wise: when I attempt to watch home TV while I am away on my home VPN server (ie, not commercial), my ISP (Verizon) senses that I am not at home and shuts the game down for me (I can still watch reruns of Gunsmoke - LOL).

If you have Apple TV, there is a VPN app called Passepartout (https://passepartoutvpn.app/), but you will need to buy the app to use it (10 minutes for free until you pay). I have it for my phone and iPad and it is pretty slick. Just learned it is good for the Samsung TV - haven’t tried it there.

According to Comcast it is. But I can’t figure out how.

Not on a Comcast router/gateway.
