Any permissions that you are not using, like if you’re using it simply just a text. There’s no need for you to have phone permissions or recording permissions
If you don’t use Bluetooth devices then you don’t need " nearby devices permissions" (depending on the version of Android Bluetooth may use “location permissions”
I think the only reason the app needs location permissions that don’t include using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi is one activating all local phone number which you can do manually anyway or loading ads close to you. And they may use this permission to determine that you’re using a VPN like if the IP address you’re using is in Boston, but your location says that you’re in Miami.
It’s always good practice to disallow any permissions that you’re not using. Android 13 and up even has an option to the authenticate permissions an a app uses that hasn’t been used.
