For the past week, I’ve been unable to get a VPN connection going within Malwarebytes. I’ve tried various locations. Same results
Symptoms
- it quickly connects to the loction and says “Your connection is private”
- a few seconds later there is a blip in the connection (goes down and back up)
- and a few seconds later the connection disconnects and goes to “Connecting…”
and the cycle repeats. I’ve rebooted my system. Have the latest Malwarebytes version 5.9.0 etc

Hi Michael. I updated actually last night to 5.10 but still see the problem. Do you want me to collect logs and mail it to you?
Thanks - I dont have iCloud and I dont connect to it at all from my computer. So that workaround wont work for me

Hi - I just ran the tool to collect the logs. It generated a 30Mb zip file. Both yahoo mail and gmail have a 25Mb limit on attachments. Any recommendation on how to send the file?
Anyway I can reduce the logs collected etc to get it under 25Mb?
Thanks for doing this. Please hang tight on the logs for now. We need to take a different approach on this and need your help gathering info and potentially trying a few things.
