Since yesterday, whenever i try watching hulu on my PS4 I get the follow message.
“Error playing this video
You appear to be using an anonymous proxy tool. Disable it to play videos on Hulu. If you think you’re receiving this message in error, please contact Viewer Experience at help.hulu.com”

Anyone else getting this? I’m not using a proxy or VPN.
Getting this message today, can’t play anything. Was watching timeless for a few hours and the next episode just gave me a playlist error… Playlist-1-d6520b1f
I contacted Huku support and a senior rep was able to help.

All I could do was contact hulu support. The first rep I was with did the standard troubelshoot- turn off your console, reboot modem, unistall/reinstall. When I told her rebooting my modem would cut off the chat, she ignored it and said to do it anyways. When I got back up I asked to speak with a senior rep and they took care of it on their end. I didn’t do really do anything
