It went away for me after about 2-3 weeks so I think its just a bug, you shouldn’t get banned for it.
You shouldn’t end up getting banned for it, it’s apparently happened/is happening to a ton of people and some have to provide a picture holding up their name written on a piece of paper, or some just resolve themselves.
Personally for me it stopped happening after a few weeks and hasn’t happened since, so I wouldn’t worry too much. I don’t think I’ve seen or read about anyone who’s actually gotten suspended for it. It usually just goes away on its own or you need a short verification which takes like 2-3 days then your account is fine. (But they’ll let you know if you need to do that)
I haven’t heard of it auto refreshing like that though, are you not able to open insta at all? Try a different browser and see if it still does that, sometimes it can be a browser issue that refreshes it.
Yep, started about a week ago and it’s a constant battle trying to use IG. Literally any action - trying to go to your settings, clicking your inbox, clicking someone’s profile, liking a post, etc. automatically logs me out, I log back in and either get the “your account looks like it’s been phished” which makes you send a security code to ph/email, then change your password or get the scraping message, which thankfully doesn’t force you to change passwords. I’ve seriously had to change mine at least 20 times at this point and nothing I’ve tried has made any impact on the bug.
I deleted every possible chrome extension that could be interfering, I’ve tried IG on multiple different web browsers, including incognito and even turned off my ad blocker… but I still get the errors incessantly.
I kinda remember dealing with this once in the past, after days of errors, it just stopped and went away. This time it’s already gone on for a week and seeing so many others have the same issue, I’m not very hyped it’s going to be fixed any time soon 
On the plus side, despite getting the error messages literally hundreds of times over the last week, my account never actually got suspended or banned. The worst is having to continually reset your password and of course, you can’t reuse a password so at this point I’m just typing random words I probably won’t remember 
I have the same problem at this very moment.
I’ve been getting the same thing on and off for months on the website. First it said Instagram challenge required and then it just started with the scraping challenge thing. No clue. I keep getting the page refreshing itself too. I was finally able to click on ignore by rapid clicking and then was able to refresh the page and get back in. SO annoying. Hopefully my account isn’t hacked, but I never got any emails from Instagram specifying that.
Never had it happen to me again after my time of comment, I suppose it is a rare bug.

i started getting these errors this week and it now happens anytime i take any action on IG. try to click settings, click someone’s profile, try to open my inbox, try to like a post, etc - all result in getting logged out, relogging in and then getting the scraping warning/error.
It’s pretty ridiculous, I’ve tried multiple browsers, I’ve removed any possible chrome extension related to IG that could be causing issues, forced to change passwords at least 20 times over the last week and there’s nothing seems to help fix it.
I’ve had this happen in the past, it would last a few days but then just went away so it’s super frustrating.
Did this went away after you turned on 2FA on your Instagram account and changed your password? I just got this warning today and I’m worried that my account will get suspended.
It was still happening after I changed passwords and turned on 2FA, it went away on its own a couple weeks after that. Just be patient and it should go away on its own. From what I read, a lot of people have the same issue and never get suspended, whether they turn on 2fa/change passwords or not.
My main account got suspended before like 2 times already. The 2nd time I got suspended was just recently and I have to follow their instructions to write my full name, Username, and the 6-digit code onto a piece of paper and take a selfie with my face holding up a paper. I got my main account back in about 2 days after submitting the selfie to them. Even I got my account back and it is still a hassle though.
