Ive never used a vpn of any sort and i still get this, i live in northen europe. Was fine when i played yesterday but can’t logg in today

Like everything this block is not perfect and a lot if innocent players got caught in it.
Change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 (cloudflare’s DNS), flush DNS, restart windows and try again. If that fails to work, restart your router and try again. If that doesn’t work, contact support
Someone posted something earlier saying to make some dns changes. Take a search I cannot find it since I am on mobile and on the go.
Same here - Live in central Europe. Never used vpn to play lost ark or similar software. We don’t deserve this. I hope they fix this but i feel like ill just uninstal

Idk how you found a 7month old thread but it worked again after like 2months without me doing anything.
But regardless of that i quit the game when this happend, the little break from it made me realize how bad it really was.
Really hope it resolves the issue!

Sadly, support will not help. They recycle the same stock replies that don’t resolve the issue, then they tell you to stop using a VPN even if you aren’t. And then they disconnect from chat on you. So sadly, their tech support might not be the best fix.
