I have an American phone and phone number but located in Canada. It bans me when I use LTE (I use an American line) but not when I connect to wifi at home, so maybe it has to do with the wifi? I can’t access my second account (that I created in the US) though even in Canada

I’m banned too! I did live in the US for a while, but so did my wife. I’m banned, but she isn’t. Seems very strange to me.

However, online blocks were not enabled so TikTok worked by connecting to US servers, but now that US servers are down too it wont in Canada.
OH MY GOD I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM when I try to log in the browser it just straight up says that my account does not exist

Same here. I was able to delete the app and redownload, and it works. But it doesn’t allow me to sign into my old account. So I’m scrolling with no account for now. That account must be associated with the U.S. somehow
Delete the app and re-download. Just worked for me.
My TikTok (in Canada) is working. My daughter (14) has the ban page showing up. She’s going to uninstall and reinstall. She thinks maybe we were visiting fam in the States when she first got TT.

Have you tried using a VPN to access your Canadian account?
VPN’s will not work if you have a U.S. account, U.S. app, or a U.S. cell phone number. So theoretically, a VPN should work for your Canadian account.
