I’m using NORDVPN on Nvidia shield tv pro and the Kodi seems to display my device IP address on not the different one used by NORD
Real Debrid is cheaper and easier to setup
You don’t need a VPN with Kodi
While it’s correct you don’t need a VPN while using Real Debrid, they tend to go down from time to time. So in that case you’re forced to use a Free add-on like ScrubsV2 where you do need a VPN.
So that said, I always use a VPN in case I forget if I need it or not depending on which add-on I’m using at the moment. Besides, I prefer the protection it affords with my regular browsing (PC, laptop, and phones).
CyberGhost was expressly recommended for Kodi by PCMag way back when I got started, and they remain on their latest recommended list as best VPN for Rookies. Good enough for this old fart too.
PS $99 for 3 years.
Last time I tried, Kodi was not compatible with these kind of VPN, the https setting is missing from the VPN menu
Think you mean with real debrid ?
