Hey, I am a paid user, monthly for many months.

I’ve used It for over a year now.

I’ve used It on PC (Chrome and app) and on android mobile (Chrome, Firefox and app), and never had a single problem.

Now, for some reason, after chatgpt writes his response, this message keeps coming up:

“A network error occurred. Please check your connection and try again. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”

And I can’t write further.

When I refresh the page, the response with the error disappears, leaving only my last prompt and the green “regenerate” button, without the writing box.

I tried It on all my platforms… browsers and apps included, with mobile data and Wi-fi but the error keeps showing up.

I searched a bit online but i can’t seem to find this specific issue. Does anyone know something about It?

Are VPNs the issue here? Why can’t I have a decent experience with using a VPN?

This happened to me in the Pro version as well over the past few days. At some point during the conversation, this message appeared. I tried switching the VPN IPs, accessing it without a VPN, and attempting again without any VPN. However, I was unable to continue the existing chat.
