Warp was removed from playstore more than a month ago in India and I can’t buy warp plus any longer because of it. Is it really that hard to let us buy the sub from the desktop app or maybe sort it out with playstore?
India’s government no longer allows for anonymous VPN services and that’s the operating model for WARP consumer, so it’s probably a ways off?
It’s cheaper for CF to leave the market than comply in short order.
Use wireguard+ cloudflare warp. Although it’ll connect to Singapore cloudflare server but with warp.
Does warp plus really help that much with speed?
Use wgcf to generate WARP wireguard profile, and you can using it on any wireguard client
But i see tons of other VPNs still on the playstore including proton
My whole purpose of using Warp is so that I can play games with good ping, connecting to Singapore server doesn’t help
Not for me, I can use free WARP for more than 500+Mbps
And I don’t have the ability to test if paid plan is faster or not, because this is the maximum internet speed I can get…
Not op but I found it definately can. It uses its own internal network and routes traffic down less congested routes. Some may be routes they lease and others may just be based on analytics but its more controlled compared to the randomness of general internet traffic so yes, it can make some things perform a lot better especially if you are outside the US.

Proton probably doesn’t give a fuck? Cloudflare has offices in Bangalore. Different problem of scale or risk averse legal departments.

I think the point of plus is more like it use more efficient route within cf. My best guess would be similar to the argo smart on their business grade service for sites.
The free one may get you there but may not be the most optimised route.
I just haven’t bothered to pay for a month and give it a go to see how it works.
DEL and BOM are in New Delhi and Mumbai respectively, Cloudflare has no incentive in faking it like VPN providers.
If someone in another country buys the plus subscription, can they share it with me in India? Considering the app obviously still works on PC

i read it, but didnt understand it. basically i know nothing about a wire guard server and VPN jantit. if you can please just describe what i need to do, ill search on how to do it myself. thanks
