It is due to VPN, google senses a VPN or Proxy connection. If you do not use VPN, check for malware infection.
This is because you or someone on your network is using google in a “suspicious” way. That could be using google search operators* or too much search activity (attempted scraping, too much network traffic, or just an individual searching really quickly).

Ad blocker? Maybe you have a botnet or a hacker?
God forbid, usually there is multiple connections with traffic or even tunnelling enabled in your router or internet config. Are you using brave or Firefox and or Vons on those??
Ivpn.net never had the Google captcha problem
