Be smart and ditch ExpressVPN! This thing is good as dead horse now.
Where do we go next?
Is it possible to get refund on a subscription? Mine just renewed last month… So not sure I am pretty much out that for the rest of another year.
Anyone using Surfshark?
I’m using Nord for now until something better comes out. ExpressVPN is no go now.
Why ditch ExpressVPN, based on what, on your say so, or you don’t like it?
Nice to have an explanation.
Maybe consider switching to ProtonVPN. Extremely trustworthy, perfect speeds (I’m always maxing out my 250mbit/s internet connection), nice UI, good streaming functionality.
I tested out Express, Nord, Tunnelbear and Mullvad but I landed there and I’m a happy customer with ProtonVPN for quite some time now. If you have any questions, feel free to ask
Are there any good alternatives for streaming?
What is the consensus on NordVPN ?
I’ve been thinking about ditching express but I’m struggling to find a replacement I like streaming as well

I’m looking for the lowest possible pings, nothing else. That’s all I want to know, who will get me the lowest possible ping from Virginia to the West Coast?
I cancelled mine as well, I pay half the price on more faster service plus 10 devices allowed. When I cancelled, I was offered a lower price but it was too late and why was this not lowered for long time users?
My PC got hacked second day using (PIA)this crapware
Nord got hacked, didn’t tell anyone a while ago, bunch of private user data leaked.
Yap i’m using Surfshark now. Can’t trust Express anymore. It is over.
Over to the unbiased sources out there to take our new pick. Stumbled upon this thread on r/VPN with a comparison chart that looked legit to me
Mullvad. I’m clocking 200+ down. Just shy of my connection without a VPN. WireGuard is the jammy jam.
FWIW I also have paid ProtonVPN and it’s been slow as mud the entire time regardless of the server I use.
Try windscribe. Seriously. Their developers are extremely transparent about what goes on. Browse the subreddit and see for yourself. But don’t trust these big name VPN companies. How did they get all their money?
ProtonVPN has been pretty good so far, and their rates are about $4 cheaper per year (Plus vs. annual ExpressVPN).
