Because our wealth, lives, politics and everything has been taken away from us by the regime that was empowered with the help of Palestinian armed militias. What was taken away from us was then spent in Lebanon and Gaza. Iranians don’t support Israel for the sake of loving it’s government and they do with their settlement program. They support Israel out of disdain for the I.R., Hamas, Hezbollah. Between us and the Israeli people, there is one common enemy that is threatening our existence and theirs. Now go figure.

So it’s pretty simple. I support the side that doesn’t want me dead.
Because I am sick of political islam and muslim nationalism and the violence and terror it unleashes. The hate for jews is very much part of the fabric of islam and part of muslim culture. Fuck Islam. Islam leaves no room for peace. No nuance. No reason. It is a hateful cult with a constant victim complex. Its always ummah against america. Ummah against jews. Ummah against west. Ummah against blasphemy. Fuck off. Get out of this ideological hatred and have some self-awareness for once in your life.
First, the ends do not justify the means. Palestine is behaving unreasonably and has been for a while now. It is run by islamist dogs who spew hate and bile and act like victims, sacrificing their own people to be human shields and intentionally sabotage any hope for peace wherever they can, because their religious nationalism doesnt allow it. Palestine’s people have long lost sight of reasonableness. They have no desire for peace with jews, and have hardened their hearts and minds with a stubbornness and unmovable racist beliefs that blinds them to reality.
I am supposed to have that same image. All my life, I’m supposed to blindly condemn Israel and side with my shithole muslim brethren countries, including the Islamic Republic of Iran? For what? These people that acts as if they are the hero in the story because of nothing other than their own bullshit islamic conspiracy theories… but if you stop to think about it… their beliefs really don’t hold any merit. The establishment of Israel, at the beginning, may have been a unfair imposition. But at what point during this whole history have Palestinians acted like the good guys? We were lied to, being told that Palestinians initially made the mistake of welcoming the jews in friendship as refugees but the jews turned. That never happened. The Palestinians rebelled, waged wars, initially against the British and then against the Jews and they lost. They behaved dishonourably in defeat again and again. They lost trust and the opportunity to work together. They lost cooperation. None of that was neccessary. The Palestinians are blinded now more than ever, electing groups like Hamas to lead them.
And as for Israel’s behaviour in those wars, lets talk about that… Israel is no angel, but realize the uncomfortable truth that its far better behaved than any of the Muslims countries criticizing it, who would be genocidal if they had an ounce of the competence Israel has, and are murderous enough even in their incompetence. Often towards their own citizens. What muslim country behaves honourably in war that I’m supposed to see Israel and USA as uniquely the devil? See Pakistan on Bangladesh. Taliban against its own people. Syria against theirs. Iraq vs Iran. Saudi vs Yemen. Hamas and Hezbollah terrorism. ISIS vs the world. Sudan. Libya. Somalia. Bosnia. Azerbaijan. Palestine itself. Turkey vs Armenia or Kurds. And this is just in the modern world. Muhammad himself was a war criminal and worse than an animal, and him and later Muslim caliphates like the Ottomans were so brutal they make ISIS look like a kitten in comparison. Where do I look to see a single example of a muslim country behaving honourably in war such that I should see Jews as evil?
Israel’s record on war isnt perfect, and it is rightly criticized, because no amount of human rights violations are okay… but compare to ANY muslim country, who fight like animals and Israel very much starts looking like an restrained angel in comparison. The best behaved military in the entire middle east. All muslim countries, without exception, wage unreasonable endless no-holds-barred war with each other and oppress their minorities and women all day and night. They fight like barbaric animals while braying allahu akbar and lay waste to their countries and export terror abroad. Muslims have gotten an unreasonable obsession with israel and we impoverish our own nations to wage war and spread islamic terrorism over nothing, while our people stay poor.
But Israel builds something. It is a democracy and a functional state and a society worth living in for its citizens, including arab israelis. Its citizens realize their talents and thrive. What does Islam give us? Nothing but hate and death. The quran froths with hate towards unbelievers and the fragile ego of a turbo sociopath god. Who commands us to pray 5 times a day and cover up our woman in an anti-life trash-bag so the men won’t rape them? So we can all go to Islam’s version of heaven, which is a literal and non-metaphorical sex orgy. Those are our good values compared to the evil jews? So we should fight for islam against the jews? Enough with this superstitious racism. Fuck off. Take the islam glasses off and examine on the merits and you’ll see justice in giving Israel’s side of the story recognition and validation as well.
Because the Palestinians are showing us time and time again that they don’t want a country, they want to kill Jews by executing the worst of Islam (which isn’t that hard to begin with).
So yeah, israel isn’t perfect but it aligns more with my values.

Palestinian islamic radicalism and lack of modern day diplomacy to try to get to peace is a problem. They need to smarten up and play the game the way Israelis do. Through diplomacy and lobbying. Islamism and terrorism doesn’t work

Islamic republic has made the palestinian cause on of its core tenets and Iranians feel the cause is being used to undermine their best interests. if we werent backers of Palestine and Hezbollah, we would be in a better shape from an overall world standing and sanctions standpoint

In a free Iran where the interests of Iranians are prioritized over islamic fundamentalism, many Iranians will support the Palestinian struggle so long as it is peaceful and smart.

I disliked witnessing the celebration of the Hamas attack by some Muslims and Palestinians in the West (it’s all over the internet). Regardless of the conflict’s complexities, celebrating civilian casualties while waving the Palestinian flag in a free society is concerning and may negatively impact perceptions of that flag.
Regarding Iranians showing support for Israel, it’s important to note that Israel and its people have consistently stood by us without conflating Iranians with the IR regime. Notably, Israel was the only country at the UN to represent us by displaying a photo of Mahsa Amini, whereas none of the Muslim countries did so. I’ll ask this, would any Muslim or Muslim country be ok with Iran becoming democratic and rejecting Islam? Nope.
Yeah I can’t think of a single reason why anyone would be on the side of people on the receiving end of brutal terrorist attacks against their civilians. It’s just sooooo hard to understand.

because my personal research on history, quran and hadith shows me that islam is inhumane and israel was around way before until they were colonised and slaughtered by islamists. Israel is constantly demonised for fighting for their rights and there’s plenty of overexaggerated propaganda against them.

I know you’re probably either a Cyberie or an outsider who doesn’t know any better but: Israel is one of if not the only ally we can currently trust (probably the only real ally we have in general) if Israel succeeds in this conflict it’ll be one less IR proxy and there’ll be a high chance our partisans will get more supplies from them in the future.
I don’t stand with Israel personally but if any Iranian did I’d personally think it’s because they don’t want to be on the same side as the Iranian Government in anything.

Acting like Israel didn’t oppress any Palestinian movements within its borders. I’m against the IR, but that doesn’t change the fact that Israel is a racist and segregationist regime. if you oppress an ethnicity for 70 years, it’s common sense they will attack. Iran shouldn’t worry about resources. we are lucky. we are rich in resources. if the government wouldn’t prostitute uranium and gas to Russia, there’d be enough money for us, and some for Palestinians too.
