Why is Youtube premium €13.99 on my pc and €17.99 on my phone (same account, no VPN)
Because Apple takes a cut from all purchases in apps through the app store so they raise the price to account for that cut

On PC I use ublock, never get ads. For iPhone I use signulous (can install it right off your iPhone with no pc) which is $20 a year but you get a bunch of tweaked apps like YouTube/spotify with no ads. Basically $1.66 a month for YouTube/spotify, etc with no ads. Been doing this for 3 years now and never had issues. The devs also update the tweaked apps. Way better than coughing up $200 a year for no ads…

Youtube for me is the exact number of yours but a different currency that’s cheaper
Is there a student discount over there? I know there are plenty of ways to get an .edu email from reddit guides just to get half off premium. Not worth the full price.

I don’t understand how people still are oblivious to this. This is the mark up because you are dumb enough to use an Iphone. Also called “Idiot Tax”. One of the many reasons people hate Apple, but you all just dismiss it as being “Android Fanboys” seething. Have fun paying 30% more on everything! At least you got an iPhone

Okay? I pay nothing through my iPhone I was just wondering why it was more expensive, and now I know. I just prefer it over an android, just like i prefer windows over mac. No reason to be so salty about it.
